S.L. 330.14 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Malta

Financial Services Authority Act (Securitisation) Regulations.

(2) The purpose of these regulations is to implement the relevant provisions of the Securitisation Regulation as herein defined, and they shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.
