S.L. 33.7 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is Making Available on the Market of Explosives for Civil Uses Regulations.

(2) These regulations transpose Directive 2014/28/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market and supervision of explosives for civil uses (recast).

(3) These regulations lay down requirements relating to the safety and making available on the market of civil explosives and rules on their free movement in the European Union.
