S.L. 33.1 Art. 5Erection of barrier.

A barrier shall be erected where explosives are being manufactured or stored. No person shall be allowed inside the barrier unless he is wearing overshoes of a type approved by the Commissioner of Police, which shall at all times be left inside the barrier when not in use. The ends of trousers worn by any person entering the building are to be turned down and brushed before crossing the barrier.
