S.L. 328.3 Art. 4Legally separated spouses.

An applicant who is legally separated from his spouse shall produce a copy of the final judgement of the competent court pronouncing separation or a copy of the public deed effecting separation by mutual consent of the spouses with the authority of the competent court.
