S.L. 327.88 Art. 8Payment of fees or monetary penalties.

Where the students have obligations towards the University, such as the payment of fees or monetary penalties, that are outstanding, the Registrar, may direct that:

(a) they be excluded from taking any Assessment; or

(b) the results obtained by them in any Assessment be withheld; or

(c) they be withdrawn from the Course.
