Requests by students for access arrangements due to a temporary disability, when the possibility exists of postponing the assessment to the next session, shall be treated sympathetically but the granting of the request, even when the request is justified, shall not be considered a right of the student. In such cases, if access arrangements are granted, the expenses associated with such access arrangements shall be borne by the student.
