S.L. 327.88 Art. 43Power to summon students, etc.

The Assessment Disciplinary Board shall have the power to summon before it:

(a) a student against whom a complaint has been made;

and

(b) for the purpose of giving evidence at any hearing, any student, any invigilator, and any academic or administrative member of staff of the University.
