(1) In the September assessment session, students shall only be eligible to be assessed in incomplete taught study-units, whether due to failure or absence, to which not more than a total of 20 ECTS credits are assigned.

(2) Students who fail to obtain a pass in any component of the practical study-unit, shall be required to sit for any failed component during the period specified by the Partner Institution. Students who, following resit, fail to obtain an overall pass in the practical study-unit shall be offered the opportunity of repeating the study-unit with the next cohort of students.
