S.L. 327.762 Art. 1Citation and Interpretation

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Pre-Tertiary

Certificate in Policing Course Regulations.

(2) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires-

"the Board" means the Board of the Faculty for Social Wellbeing;

"the Board of Studies" means the Board of Studies appointed by Senate for the Course, on the recommendation of the Board;

"the Certificate" means the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in Policing awarded jointly by the University and the Partner Institution;

"the Course" means the programme of study leading to the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in Policing, developed and delivered jointly with the Partner Institution;

"the Partner Institution" means the Academy for Disciplined Forces;

"the Senate" means the Senate of the University of Malta; and

"the University" means the University of Malta.
