S.L. 327.749 Art. 7Repeal

The Bye-Laws of 2016 in terms of the Doctor of Philosophy – Ph.D. – Degree Regulations, 2008, for the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy – Ph.D. – under the auspices of The Edward de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking, published as Legal Notice 184 of 2016, shall be deemed to cease to be in force as from 1 October 2024.
