S.L. 327.723 Art. 7Repeal.

The Bye-Laws of 2014 in terms of the Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D. – Degree Regulations, 2008 for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D. - under the auspices of the Faculty of Health Sciences, published as Legal Notice 210 of 2010, shall be deemed to cease to be in force as from the 1 October 2024.
