S.L. 327.699 Art. 4Repeal

The bye-laws for the Selection of Applicants for Admission to the Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Midwifery) and (Radiography) Degree Course under the auspices of the Faculty of Health Sciences, published as Legal Notice 299 of 2005, shall be deemed to cease to be in force as from 1 October 2023, provided that students registered for this course before 1 October 2023 shall continue to be governed by the bye-laws that were in force at the time of their joining the course.
