S.L. 327.689 Art. 1Citation and Interpretation.

(1) These bye-laws may be cited as the Bye-Laws for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Honours) - B.Sc. IT (Hons) - under the auspices of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires –

“the Board” means the Board of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology;

“the Certificate” means the Certificate in Information Technology;

“the Course” means the programme of study leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Honours) - B.Sc. IT (Hons);

“the Degree” means the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (Honours) - B.Sc. IT (Hons);

“the Diploma” means the Diploma in Information Technology;

“the Higher Diploma” means the Higher Diploma in Information Technology; and

“the Principal Regulations” means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2019.
