S.L. 327.669 Art. 80Consequences of Unfulfilled Obligations.

A student having unfulfilled obligations to the University or who is in debt to the University, shall not be permitted to re-

register in any succeeding sessions, nor shall a postgraduate award be conferred upon a student in debt or having unfulfilled obligations, except by special permission of the Rector.
