S.L. 327.666 Art. 11Repeal.

The Bye-Laws of 2019 in terms of the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2004 for the Certificate in Sport Administration and Management under the auspices of the Institute for Physical Education and Sport, published as Legal Notice 54 of 2019, shall be deemed to cease to be in force as from the 30 September 2021, provided that students registered for this course before the 1 October 2021 shall continue to be governed by the bye-laws that were in force at the time of their joining the course.
