S.L. 327.656 Art. 1Citation and Interpretation

(1) These bye-laws may be cited as the Bye-Laws for the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in the Baroque Culture of the Maltese Islands under the auspices of the International Institute for Baroque Studies.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Board" means the Board of the International Institute for Baroque Studies;

"the Board of Studies" means the Board of Studies appointed for the Course;

“the Certificate” means the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in the Baroque Culture of the Maltese Islands; and

"the Course" means the programme of study leading to the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in the Baroque Culture of the Maltese Islands.
