S.L. 327.649 Art. 4

(1) The special measures shall be applicable only to those students who have been materially and/or substantially affected by the extraordinary circumstances.

(2) From time to time, Senate shall decide whether the extraordinary circumstances are still in force for the purposes of these regulations.
