S.L. 327.638 Art. 84 [S.L.

(1) Students who successfully complete study-units to which 90 ECTS credits are assigned, and who either opt not to proceed with the Course, or having proceeded do not successfully complete the Course shall be entitled to the award of the Higher Diploma.

(2) Students admitted in terms of paragraph (4) of bye-law 4, who complete at least 30 ECTS credits in addition to the 60 ECTS credits transferred from the Diploma in Commerce, and do not BACHELOR OF COMMERCE (HONOURS) - B.COM. 327.638 (HONS)

continue with the Course, or having proceeded do not successfully complete the Course, shall be eligible for the award of the Higher Diploma.
