S.L. 327.633 Art. 22

(1) Each Programme of Study shall be submitted for the approval of Senate by the department or division responsible for the teaching of the Area of Study.

The Programmes of Study shall be approved by Senate after due process of validation and periodic review as indicated by Senate from time to time.
