S.L. 327.581 Art. 1Citation and Interpretation.

(1) These bye-laws may be cited as the Bye-Laws in terms of the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, for the Degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) Nursing (Elderly Care) - B.Sc. (Hons) - under the auspices of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -“the Board” means the Board of the Faculty of Health Sciences;

“the Board of Studies” means the Board of Studies appointed by the Board to administer the Course;

“the Course” means the programme of study leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nursing (Elderly Care) - B.Sc. (Hons); “the Degree” means the degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nursing (Elderly Care) - B.Sc. (Hons); and “the Principal Regulations” means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2004.
