S.L. 327.568 Art. 8MUDU Committee.

(1) The governance of the MUDU shall be through a

Committee, composed as follows:

(a) a Rector’s Delegate, who will act as the Chairperson;

(b) a member of the University’s administrative staff, appointed by the Rector;

(c) two students nominated by the Council of the KSU from within its own members; and

(d) three other students to be nominated by the Council of the KSU from outside its members and selected in a way as to represent a cross-section of the students of the University.

(2) The student members shall serve for a period of one year and the appointment is renewable for further periods. The term of the student members shall be from 1 October to the end of September. The students referred to in sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (1) of this regulation shall be nominated in July by the KSU Council, and are expected to participate as observers immediately.
