S.L. 327.462 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Certificate of Finance in International Trade - COFIT - under the auspices of the Faculty of Economics, Management and

Accountancy.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy; "the Certificate" means the Certificate of Finance in International Trade - COFIT; "the course" means the programme of study leading to the Certificate of Finance in International Trade - COFIT; and "the Principal Regulations" means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards.
