(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the Degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sport and Physical

Activity - B. Sc. (Hons.) SPA - under the auspices of the Institute for Physical Education and Sport.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the institute for Physical Education and Sport; "the Certificate" means the Certificate in Sport and Physical Activity - Cert. SPA; "the course" means the programme of study leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sport and Physical Activity B. Sc. (Hons.) SPA; "the Degree" means the Degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sport and Physical Activity B. Sc. (Hons.) SPA; "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity - Dip. SPA; and "the Principal Regulations" means the General Regulations for
