Unless otherwise provided for by these rules and regulations, all signs and markings in terms of the provisions of Traffic Signs and Carriageway Markings Regulations shall be applicable on all of the University property without distinction. This includes but is not limited to posted speed limits, traffic signs, and other traffic control devices.
