S.L. 327.370 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Pre-Tertiary

Certificate in the Foundations of Coaching Course Regulations.

(2) In these regulations, unless the context requires otherwise:

"the Board" means the Board of the Institute for Physical Education and Sport;

"the Board of Studies" means the Board of Studies appointed for the course;

“the Certificate” means the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in the Foundations of Coaching; and

"the course" means the programme of study leading to the Pre-Tertiary Certificate in the Foundations of Coaching.
