S.L. 327.248 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) These bye-laws may be cited as the Bye-Laws for the degrees of Bachelor of European Studies (Honours) - B.Eur.Studies

(Hons) - and Bachelor of European Studies - B.Eur.Studies - under the auspices of the Institute for European Studies.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -

“the Board” means the Board of the Institute for European Studies;

“the Course” means the programme of study leading to the degree of Bachelor of European Studies (Honours) - B.Eur.Studies

(Hons) - or to the degree of Bachelor of European Studies -B.Eur.Studies - as appropriate; “the Degree” means the degree of Bachelor of European Studies (Honours) - B.Eur.Studies (Hons) - or the degree of Bachelor of European Studies - B.Eur.Studies - as appropriate;

“the Institute” means the Institute for European Studies; and “the Principal Regulations" means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2019.
