S.L. 327.246 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Degree of Bachelor of Planning (Honours) - B.Plan. (Hons) - under the auspices of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering; "the Board of Studies" means the Board of Studies for the course appointed by Senate, which shall include academic members from the Faculty and from the International Environment Institute; "the course" means the course programme leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Planning (Honours) - B.Plan. (Hons); "the Degree" means the Degree of Bachelor of Planning (Honours) - B.Plan. (Hons); and "the Faculty" means the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
