S.L. 327.243 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Diploma in Agriculture - Dip. Agric. - under the auspices of the

Institute of Earth Systems.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Board" means the Board of the Institute of Earth Systems; "the Board of Studies" means the Board of Studies appointed for the course; "the course" means the course programme leading to the Diploma in Agriculture - Dip. Agric.; "the Diploma" means the Diploma in Agriculture - Dip. Agric.;

"the Institute" means the Institute of Earth Systems; and "the Principal Regulations" means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards.
