S.L. 327.237 Art. 3Course syllabi and/ or programmes of study.

The syllabi and/or programmes of study related to courses leading to an award that gives access to the professions of:

(a) Medical Doctor

(b) Dental Surgeon

(c) Pharmacist

(d) Nurse; and

(e) Midwife shall conform with the minimum training requirements established by the relative European Union Directive 2005/36/EC and with any other Maltese legislation governing the granting of permission to practise the relevant profession in Malta.
