S.L. 318.8 Art. 3Maximum pensionable income.

For the purposes of the Social Security Act and the interpretation of the expression "pensionable income", the pensionable income shall in no case:

(a) exceed fifteen thousand and nine hundred and thirty-

five euros and twenty-four cents (€15,935.24) per annum with effect from the 1st January, 2005; and

(b) exceed sixteen thousand and two hundred and seven euros and seventy-eight cents (€16,207.78) per annum with effect from the 7th January, 2006.
