S.L. 318.6 Art. 8Persons absent from Malta in connection with medical treatment.

For the purposes of establishing whether a head of household is or was residing in Malta, absence from Malta shall be disregarded on proof being given to the satisfaction of the Director that such absence is or was in connection with medical treatment abroad.
