S.L. 318.1 Art. 9Decision.

(1) The Director of Social Services shall give his decision on each claim as soon as may be, and on having done so shall forthwith send notice thereof to the claimant.

(2) In each case of disallowance of a claim, the notice of the decision to be sent to the claimant shall state the grounds of the disallowance.
