In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Act" means the Social Security Act;

"claim" means a claim to a pension;

"claimant" means a person by whom or on whose behalf a claim has been made;

"pension" means an old age pension under the Act; "pensioner" means a person in receipt of a pension.
