S.L. 315.3 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations -''tobacco product'' means any product manufactured, even partly, from tobacco and intended for use by smoking, but does neither include smokeless tobacco which is intended for use by mastication, and including nasal and oral snuff, nor any medicine that is sold or supplied wholly or principally for use as an aid in giving up smoking.
