S.L. 315.10 Art. 3Maximum emission levels for tar, nicotine, carbon monoxide and other substances.

The emission levels from cigarettes placed on the market or manufactured in Malta ("maximum emission levels") shall not be greater than:

(a) 10 mg of tar per cigarette;

(b) 1 mg of nicotine per cigarette;

(c) 10 mg of carbon monoxide per cigarette.
