S.L. 312.1 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

''dog bag'' means a poop scoop bag and other devices or means suitable for the removal of dog faeces;

''street'' includes any road, alley, square, bridge, shore front, quay, or other place of public passage or access.
