S.L. 31.18 Art. 6Safe keeping of restricted and specified drugs.

Any person authorised to be in possession of specified drugs in accordance with the provisions of regulation 5 of these regulations and any person specially authorised in respect of restricted drugs, as the case may be, shall, when such drugs are not in use, keep same under lock and key and it shall be the duty of any such person to take all steps necessary to ensure security and to prevent theft or other diversification of stock:

Provided that nothing in this regulation shall apply to any person who is in possession of specified drugs in virtue of a medical prescription.
