Saving the provisions of sub-regulation (6) of regulation 8

of these Regulations, any dispensed prescription, register, invoice or other document relating to the manufacture, importation, purchase, sale, supply, distribution, or other disposal of specified drugs shall be kept at the premises to which they refer and shall be preserved for a period of not less than two years from the date of the prescription, record, invoice or other document, or from the date of the last entry in the register, as the case may be, and during such time they shall be open to inspection by the Superintendent or his representative.
