This order shall apply only to all the land, which in terms of the Land Registration Act includes building or any other construction or works:

(a) owned by the Government, by entities in which Government has a controlling interest or by parastatal bodies; and/or

(b) situated within the street blocks marked A, B, C and D on the map marked Y contained in the Schedule hereto attached, which land shall be registerable at the Land Registry by the owners or administrators of such land, by not later than the 30th January, 1998. SCHEDULE
