S.L. 291.2 Art. 7Penalties due to Local Councils.

For the purposes of article 10(5) of the Act penalties, including additional penalties and expenses inflicted by the

Tribunal, and including penalties for contempt of court, related to proceedings under any law or regulation, the enforcement of which has been delegated to local councils, shall be due to the Local Council and shall be collected on its behalf by the person having the legal representation of that Local Council.
