The prices for works specified in the first column of the

Schedule shall be those established in the second column thereof.

SCHEDULE

(Regulation 2) First Column Second Column Concrete Work: Reinforced concrete suspended slab; 0.15m thick, (Grade 20), including one layer of BRC mesh No. 106 and all necessary form work .......... €13.74 per m2 Masonry Work: Single Walls - Soft stone ashlar in lime mortar in single walls 0.15m to 0.23m thick 2 fair faced both sides and cut to uniform height €9.32 per m Double Walls - Soft stone ashlar in double walls from 0.375m to 0.6m thick in lime mortar consisting of inner and outer skin not less than 0.15m thick well bonded together, fair faced both sides and cut to uniform height €17.47 per m2 Foundations in Masonry Work -

(i) for single walls .................................... €8.39 per m2

(ii) for double walls ................................... €15.72 per m2

above prices apply to buildings of a height up to two storeys and include leading to the roof thereof, parapet wall surrounding the roof, and plain projections, but do not include ornamental work such as cornices and projections, moulded facias and sills, corbels, arches and works above 1st floor level the above rates shall be increased by the rates:

floor level ....................................................... 10% floor level ........................................................ 15% and 5th floor level ............................................ 171/ % 2 openings not exceeding 1.2m in width shall not be deducted in the areas. No charge shall be made for lintels, jambs and arrises thereof. openings wider than 1.2m which have lintels, jambs and arrises, only the exceeding 1.2m shall be deducted in the calculation of areas. A charge shall for the lintel in excess of 1.2m.
