Articles 22(3) and 27 of the relevant Act shall apply to proceedings in connection with a request for extradition to a scheduled country under this Order:

Provided that for the purposes of this Order, the words "the

Minister may ask" in article 27 of the relevant Act, shall be read and construed as "the Court may ask".
