S.L. 276.8 Art. 70APeriod spent in preventive detention.

Any period spent by the returned person in preventive detention in the scheduled country as a result of the execution in the scheduled country of a Part III warrant shall be deducted from any sentence to be served in Malta in respect of the offences for which the Part III warrant was executed by the scheduled country.
