S.L. 276.8 Art. 29Person serving sentence in Malta.

(1) This article applies if at any time in the extradition hearing the court is informed that the person in respect of whom the Part II warrant is issued is serving a sentence of imprisonment or another form of detention in Malta.

(2) The court may adjourn the extradition hearing until the sentence has been served.
