S.L. 276.5 Art. 6Requests for return of a fugitive criminal.

A Part II warrant shall be deemed to be a request for the return of a fugitive criminal by the scheduled country where the warrant was issued and, unless the context otherwise requires that country shall be deemed to be a "requesting country" within the meaning of this Order and of the relevant Act.
