This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 91/75 dated the 26th of March, 1975 and by Deeds bearing numbers 6/75 and 7/75 dated the 15th of January, 1975 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block A5” on plan P.D. 2013_717. (HAA 53/2013).

Flats numbered 1 to 3 Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70830 to 70832, flats numbered 5 and 6 Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70834 and 70835 and flats numbered 1 to 3 Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70836 to 70838.
