This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq Pietro Floriani, on the North-West by Triq San Franġisk and on the South-East in part by Triq il-Kapuċċini and in part by private property. (9) A block consisting of nineteen maisonettes, twenty-three garages and a house in Triq il-Kapuċċini, Kalkara and having an area of approximately 1675.46 square metres. This block is bounded on the North-East by an open space, on the South-West by Triq il-Kappuċċini and on the North-West by a public passage and falls on Government property partly part of waste land W00063 and partly by property acquired by means of the Building Development Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983). (10) A block, known as Block G2 consisting of nine flats of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq it-Trinċetta, Mosta. This block is bounded on the East and on the North by a public passage and on the South by Triq l-Istiratur. Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 72349, flat numbered 3 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 72351, flats numbered 5 to 7 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72353 to 72355 and flat numbered 9 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 72357. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 7/75 dated the 15th of January 1975 in the acts of Notary A.
