(3) A block, known as Block C1 consisting of sixteen flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, and including surrounding gardens and passages leading to the block, at Ta’ Paris Housing Estate, Birkirkara. This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq Fonsu Marija Galea, on the South-East by Triq il-Qattus and on the North-West by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 to 11 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 67190 to 67199 and flats numbered 13 to 16 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 67201 to 67204. (4) A block, known as Block C3 consisting of eleven flats, of which five flats are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, at Ta’ Paris Housing Estate, Birkirkara. This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq Fonsu Marija Galea, on the South-East by Triq Olaf Gollcher and on the South-West by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66964 to 66969, flats numbered 8 and 9 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 66971 and 66972, flat numbered 11 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 66974, flat numbered 13 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 66976 and flat numbered 16 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 66979. This block falls on Government property formerly registered as part of Tenement 51057 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block C3” on plan P.D. 2013_742. (5) Two blocks, known as Block 12 and Block 13 forming part of the Hubbard Flats, Government Housing Estate in Triq Alessandra, Bormla and these blocks fall on Government property acquired from the War Department by Deed dated the 21st of March, 1931 and are shown edged in red and marked “Block 12” and “Block 13” on plan P.D. 2013_714 as follows:

(a) Block 12 consists of six flats, of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, including back gardens but excluding the subsoil. This block is bounded on the North-West and on the South-West by a public passage and on the South-East by Triq Alessandra. Flat numbered 1 is registered as Tenement No. 62371 and flats numbered 4 to 6 are registered as Tenements bearing numbers 62374 to 62376 (HAA 22/2013); and

(b) Block 13 consists of six flats, including back gardens but excluding the subsoil. This block is bounded on the North-West by a public passage, on the North-East by Triq Rikkardu Taylor and on the South-East by Triq Alessandra. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered as Tenements bearing numbers 62377 to 62382. (HAA 23/ 2013).

(6) A block, known as Block Q consisting of eight flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred by a previous legal notice, including a passage leading to the block and front and back gardens but excluding the subsoil at tar-Rabbat Housing Estate in Triq Wenzinu Mifsud Bonnici, Ħamrun. This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq Wenzinu Mifsud Bonnici, on the South-West by an open space and on the South-East by Government property. Flats numbered 1 to 6 are registered as Tenements bearing numbers 69028 to 69033 and flat numbered 8 is registered as Tenement No. 69035. This block falls on Government property acquired by President’s Declaration No. 116 dated the 3rd of February, 2005 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked as “Block Q” on plan P.D. 2013_745.
