(4) The following land forming part of the San Neighbourhood II, Government Housing Estate, San {wann, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 125.67 square metres known as Plot No. 9, Triq l-Istefanotis, bounded on the North-East by property of Mary Rose Gatt, on the South-West by property of Joseph Fiteni, and on the North-West by Triq l-Istefanotis, on which are currently built premises bearing number 9, {wann known as "Joslin", Triq l-Istefanotis, San and which is edged red and marked P. 9 on L.D. 128/80/24. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 129.62 square metres known as plot No. 13, Triq il-Gladjoli corner with Triq il-Fresja, bounded on the North by property of Saviour Spiteri, on the South by Triq il-Fresja, and on the East by Triq il-Gladjoli, on which are currently built premises bearing number 13, known as "Romar, Triq il-Gladjoli corner with Triq il-Fresja, San {wann, and which is edged red and marked P. 13 on LD. 128/80/24. (c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 128.87 square metres known as Plot No. 16, Triq il-Gladjoli bounded on the North by property of Charles Mizzi, on the South by property of Joseph and Mary Rose Grech, and on the East by Triq il-Gladjoli, on which are currently built premises bearing number 16, known as "White {wann, Ivy", Triq il-Gladjoli, San and which is edged red and marked P. 16 on L.D. 128/80/24.
