S.L. 261.21 Art. 7

With effect from the 8th April, 1998:

(1) Two blocks of flats, and garages, at Tas-Sg]ajtar Government Housing Estate, Naxxar, situated as follows:

(a) Block 4 is a block consisting of ten flats and 12 underlying garages. The flats are accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 10 at a common entrance known as Block 4. The garages are accessible from two common entrances (ramp) leading to a common area under Block 4 and each having a separate door unofficially numbered 8 to 19. The said block includes gardens, open spaces, common areas and ramps adjacent to the block and is bounded on the North-East by public {ibiltà, road, on the South-East by Triq and on the North-West by Government property, and is indicated edged red on L.D. 142/81/18.

(b) Block 5 is a block consisting of ten flats which are accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 10 at a common entrance known as Block 5. The said block includes gardens and open spaces adjacent to the block and is bounded on the North-East by public road, and on the North-West and South-West by Government property, and is indicated edged red on L.D. 142/81/18. (3) Flat number 4, Block A, Government Housing Estate (Rnella), Kalkara (Tenement No. 72878 - H.A. 520/ 96).

(9) Flat number 4, Block F, Door B, Triq Ta`-~awla, Victoria, Gozo (Urban No. 546 - H.A. 1/97).

(10) The following land forming part of the Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood I, Santa Lucia, as hereunder indicated -

(a) Plots of land having an area of approximately 159.35 and 59.19 square metres known as Plots 158 and 158A respectively, Triq Dawret it-Torri, bounded on the North by property of Joseph Seychell, on the South by property of Carmel J. Camilleri, and on the West by Triq Dawret it-Torri, on which are currently built premises bearing number 11, Triq Dawret it-Torri, Santa Lucia, and which are edged red and marked P. 158 and P. 158A on L.D. 11/82/ 82 (HAP 689/96).

(b) Plots of land having an area of approximately 159.35 and 59.19 square metres known as Plots 159 and 159A respectively, Triq Dawriet it-Torri, bounded on the North by property of Joseph and Rita Zammit, on the South by property of Daniel Mintoff, and on the West by Triq Dawret it-Torri, on which are currently built premises bearing number 9, known as "Angela Abode", Triq Dawret it-Torri, Santa Lucia, and which are edged red and marked P. 159 and P. 159A on L.D. 11/82/82. (HAP 542/ 96).

(c) Plots of land having an area of approximately 159.35 and 59.19 square metres known as Plots 160 and 160A respectively, Triq Dawret it-Torri, bounded on the North by property of Anthony Saliba, on the South by property of Joseph Seycell, and on the West by Triq Dawret it-Torri, on which are currently built premises bearing number 7, known as "Oxonia", Triq Dawret it-Torri, Santa Lucia, and which are edged red and marked P. 160 and P. 160A on L.D. 11/82/82. (11) The following land forming part of the Santa Lucia Phase III Government Housing Estate as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 175.9 square metres known as Plot No. 160, Triq i\-|nuber, bounded on the North-East by Triq Bice Mizzi Vassallo, on the South-West by Triq i\-|nuber, and on the South-East by Property of Victor Titley, on which are currently built premises bearing number 4, known as "Edelweiss", Triq i\-|nuber, Santa Lucia, and which is edged red and marked P. 160 on L.D. 11/82/80. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 140.73 square metres and an additional site having an area of 39.9 square metres respectively known as Plot No. 161 and Site B, Triq i\-|nuber, bounded on the North-East by Triq Bice Mizzi Vassallo, on the South-West by Triq i\-|nuber, and on the South-East by property of Alfred Theuma, on which are currently built premises bearing number 6, known as "Claire De Lune", Triq i\-|nuber, Santa Lucia, and which are edged red and marked P. 161 and "B" on L.D. 11/82/80. (HAP 435/96).

(c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 184.6 square metres known as Plot No. 162, Triq i\-|nuber, bounded on the North-East by Triq Bice Mizzi Vassallo, on the South-West by Triq i\-|nuber, and on the South-East by property of John Schembri, on which are currently built premises bearing number 8, Triq i\-|nuber, Santa Lucia, and which is edged red and marked P. 162 on L.D. 11/82/80. (d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 140.9 square metres and an additional site having an area of 39.9 square metres respectively known as Plot No. 163 and Site C, Triq i\-|nuber, bounded on the North-East by Triq Bice Mizzi Vassallo, on the South-West by Triq i\-|nuber, and on the South-East by property of Francis Mercieca, on which are currently built premises bearing number 10, known as "Joanedin", Triq i\-|nuber, Santa Lucia, and which are edged red and marked P. 163 and "C" on L.D. 11/82/80. (e) A plot of land having an area of approximately 140.9 square metres and an additional site having an area of 39.9 square metres respectively known as Plot No. 164 and Site D, Triq i\-|nuber, bounded on the North-East by Triq Bice Mizzi Vassallo, on the South-West by Triq i\-|nuber, and on the South-East by property of Joseph Balzan, on which are currently built premises bearing number 12, known as "Warbert", Triq i\-|nuber, Santa Lucia, and which are edged red and marked P. 164 and "D" on L.D. 11/82/80. (f) A plot of land having an area of approximately 184.64 square metres known as Plot No. 166, Triq i\-|nuber, bounded on the North-East by Triq Bice Mizzi Vassallo, on the South-West by Triq i\-|nuber, and on the South-East by property of Innocent Ghigo, on which are currently built premises bearing number 16, Triq i\-|nuber, Santa Lucia, and which are edged red and marked P. 166 on L.D. 11/82/80. (g) A plot of land having an area of approximately 144.9 square metres known as Plot No. 209, Triq ir-Rand, bounded on the North-East by Triq ir-Rand, on the South-East by property of Victor Zahra, and on the South-West by Government property/Triq il-Bruka, on which are currently built premises bearing number 7, known as "Joie De Vivre", Triq ir-Rand, Santa Lucia, and which is edged red and marked P. 209 on L.D. 11/82/
